Harvey Retail Center is a 7,488 square-foot multi-tenant retail building in Harvey, Louisiana, a suburb of New Orleans. The center is shadow anchored by a Super Wal-Mart and Lowe’s. Tenants include Payless Shoes, Sprint, and Starbucks.
